What you'll learn
Role + Purpose
Role + Purpose
Social works best when it has a job to do. You’ll clarify what social media is actually for in different contexts, and how it supports wider marketing goals rather than operating in isolation.
Campaign Thinking
Campaign Thinking
Learn how to move from ongoing posting to campaign-led thinking. This focuses on intent, sequencing, and coherence, so social activity adds up to something meaningful over time
Audience + Context
Audience + Context
Understand how audience expectations, platform norms, and timing shape how messages land. You’ll learn how to adjust creative and messaging without losing consistency or direction.
Structure + Planning
Structure + Planning
Learn how to plan social campaigns with clear objectives, timelines, and outputs. The emphasis is on structure that supports creativity, not constrains it.
Measurement + Signals
Measurement + Signals
Social metrics are easy to collect and easy to misread. You’ll learn how to interpret performance signals in context, and understand what they do and don’t indicate.
Learning + Iteration
Learning + Iteration
Learn how to evaluate campaigns after they run and carry insight forward. This focuses on improving judgement and direction, not chasing short-term engagement spikes.

Why Live, Structured Learning Matters
Why Live, Structured Learning Matters
Most social media learning online is self-paced, fragmented and tactic-led. You collect tips, but rarely build a strategy.
In this live, structured environment, you test ideas, ask questions, pressure-test assumptions and get feedback on work in progress. You see how decisions connect across channels, content and measurement.
Across seven weeks, you build a coherent strategy you can explain, implement and adapt, rather than reacting to whatever the algorithm does next.
